Participation of Parliamentarian Mrs Rachel Makri in the «Twelfth Workshop of Parliamentary Scholars and Parliamentarians Wroxton College, Oxfordshire (United Kingdom)»
Mrs Rachel Makri, Parliamentarian of the constituency of Kozani at Hellenic Parliament, participated in the «Twelfth Workshop of Parliamentary Scholars and Parliamentarians» held on 25th July and 26th July 2015 at Wroxton College, Wroxton, Oxfordshire, in the United Kingdom. The Workshop was co-sponsored by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the Centre for Legislative Studies at the University of Hull. The purpose of the Workshop was to bring together scholars and parliamentarians in order that research findings likely to be of practical use to parliamentarians can be presented and discussed. The Workshop builds on the success of the previous Workshops, the first held in Berlin in 1994 and the other ten at Wroxton College. Each has proved a stimulating occasion, facilitating interaction between practitioners and researchers.
